Rest - 10 seconds
**Do this circuit 8 times**
Exercise #3: Burpees - 20 seconds
Rest - 10 seconds
**Do this circuit 8 times**
Exercise #4: Mountain Climbers - 20 seconds
Rest - 10 seconds
**Do this circuit 8 times**
Do Exercise #1, 8 times through. After the 8th time, rest 90 seconds and then move on to Exercise #2. Continue the same way for the remaining Exercises.
